A generation that fails does not consume credits. If credits were deducted for work you never received they are returned — contact support with the project name and approximate time.
Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided none of the pack has been spent.
Once any part of a pack has been used that pack is no longer refundable, because generation costs are incurred at the moment of use.
Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
A subscription period in which no included credits have been spent is refundable within 14 days of the charge.
support@redrama.ai with the account email and the transaction. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
