About This Page

A quick overview of Help centre.

Answers to the problems that come up most: credits, failed generations, editing, exports and account questions. This page works as a short reference that helps you understand the theme, creative direction, and how to use it in a short drama workflow.

You can use it for inspiration, refining the concept, and then continue into the Redrama workflow when you are ready to write, build characters, or prepare release assets.

A generation failed or is stuck

Generation runs server-side; closing the tab does not cancel it. If a job has been running far longer than usual, reload the project — status is read from the server, not from the page.

Failed jobs do not consume credits. If your balance looks wrong after a failure, contact support with the project name and roughly when it happened.

Credits and billing

Writing and editing are free. Credits are spent on generation — images, video, audio and rendering.

Credit packs are one-off purchases and do not expire. Subscription plans add a monthly credit allowance on top.

Editing and regenerating

Everything is editable: the bible, the cast, the episode map, and every line of every shot list.

Regeneration is scoped — regenerating one scene leaves the others alone. Where a scene continues from the previous one it inherits that scene's final frame, so regenerate the earlier scene first if the continuity looks wrong.

Exports and publishing

Episodes export as vertical video with subtitles burned in or as a sidecar file.

Publishing to the Redrama catalogue is opt-in per series and reversible — an unpublished series returns to being private.

Account

Password, email and two-factor settings live in the studio under account settings.

Account deletion removes your projects and generated media. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
