About This Page

A quick overview of Privacy.

What Redrama collects, why, how long it is kept, and the control you have over it. This page works as a short reference that helps you understand the theme, creative direction, and how to use it in a short drama workflow.

You can use it for inspiration, refining the concept, and then continue into the Redrama workflow when you are ready to write, build characters, or prepare release assets.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and authentication details.

Content data: the projects you create — premises, bibles, scripts and generated media.

Usage data: which features you use and when, plus standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).

Payment data is handled by our payment processors. We never see or store full card details.

Why we collect it

To run the service: authenticate you, store your work, and process generation.

To bill correctly and to detect abuse.

To improve the product, using aggregate patterns rather than reading individual projects.

Who else sees it

Model and infrastructure providers process the prompts and media needed to fulfil a generation, under contract and for that purpose only.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your unpublished projects with anyone.

How long we keep it

Account and content data are kept while your account is active.

Deleting your account removes your projects and generated media. Backups age out on their own cycle, after which the data is gone.

Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data from account settings, or by writing to support@redrama.ai.

Where you are covered by GDPR or a comparable regime, those rights apply to you regardless of where we are incorporated.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember locale, and to attribute signups to the campaign that produced them. The cookie policy has the specifics.
